Time Sensitive, Video Games

Only 6 days until Skyrim…

Only six days left guys.  Ever since I completed Oblivion (like 10 times) I have been waiting for this day.  The biggest Elder Scrolls ever to grace my computer screen is soon to break loose in a blaze of fire and dragons!  If I had to choose one thing that make the Elder Scrolls games different than any other video game it is this:  FREEDOM.  Freedom to do what I want, when I want, where I want.  The game world feels real and reacts to the things that I do.  I am very excited to know that Skyrim has an entirely new engine and a radiant story that will grow and change with my character.  I have been a fan of tabletop RPGs since I was 8 years old.  When I first stumbled upon the Elder Scrolls it was love at first sight due to the similarity between the games and Dungeons & Dragons.  Prior to the Elder Scrolls, D&D was the only game I knew where anything was possible.  Granted, it will be a LONG time before video games allow you to do ANYTHING you want and react accordingly, but the Bethesda is the only company pushing those boundaries to my satisfaction.  Thank you Bethesda.

If you haven’t pre-ordered yet get with the program!!!
