  • POOP: The Game That Challenges Gamers Not To Clog The Toilet   POOP uses simple rules similar to UNO where the first player to run out of cards wins. A Toilet Card is flipped to determine how much poop can be played in a round. Players take turns playing poop cards but must be careful not to clog the toilet. Along the way players can ‘flush’ the toilet and some of the cards require them to make various bathroom sounds on their turn. “We really wanted a game that was fun for kids and adults,” said Blaise Sewell, game co-creator and designer. “We also turned POOP into a raucous drinking game that makes it a pretty great party game too.” […]

When this arrived on my porch I immediately wondered how much assembly would be required.  I’m not a big fan of “buy this, then you get to build it!”  I would rather if I pay full price for something that it come pre-assembled, but obviously for shipping reasons this wouldn’t be very prudent as things get broken in transit.  We pulled all the bits out and began to assemble the fan without reading the instructions, because what man reads instructions?  It took a little longer to assemble than I would have liked, but after a couple attempted […]

For those of you who don’t know who Frank Mentzer is, he is most notably the co-author for one of the most famed and beloved of all D&D adventures – ‘The Temple of Elemental Evil.’  He and Gary Gygax wrote that back in 1985, and it […]

Do we have any faith in Wizards of the Coast after Hasbro, the infamous “lay offs”, and the abomination that is D&D 4th edition? If you couldn’t tell I obviously have my doubts about this new version of Dungeons & Dragons.  The last version of the game WOTC released seemed to take the “role” out of role-playing.  The couple times I gave this game a shot I found myself immersed in massive battles with obscene servings of connecting hits and ridiculous amounts of hit points.  At first I thought those D&D 4e cards would be a fun […]
