Bullet points: 3 Things made from Crabmen

Bullet points: 3 Things made from Crabmen

You know the deal – 3 pages, 1 page front cover/introduction, 1 page SRD, 1 page content – so let’s take a look!

This pdf can be used on its own – or be used in conjunction with the first Waysides-supplement by Christina Stiles. In here, 3 items made from crab people await, first of which would be alchemical gills, which allow you to breathe underwater for a limited amount of time ( 1 hour) and which can be shared (when held with one hand) or worn on the face.

The second new item would be an exotic two-handed pincer-pole – which allows you to initiate grapples as a kind of man-catcher – again, at the polearm’s reach. Nice one.

The third item is the new material carapace, which is slightly lighter and can be used to create armor, equipment, shields and weapons and especially armor is interesting – being blessed with a slight buoyancy, it does not apply its penalty to swim checks – solid for aquatic campaigns/modules.

Conclusion:

Editing and formatting are top-notch, I didn’t notice any glitches. Layout adheres to SGG’s -column b/w-standard with the first page featuring a full color artwork of the weapon. The pdf has no bookmarks, but needs none at this length. Owen K.C. Stephens provides some nice items for a fair price that works well in conjunction with Christina Stiles’ great Wayside-supplement. Without nay proper complaints, I can easily settle for a final verdict of 5 stars – omitting my seal of approval only because I wasn’t absolutely blown out of the water. *puts a buck in the bad pun box*

You can show claim the results of crab-people extreme makeovers here on OBS and here on d20pfsrd.com – damn I thought I had evaded the South Park reference….
