“Class”: Balanced Fighter(weighted to defense)/ Utility
I’ve decided to Go with Khajiit if i like the Claw attacks, gonna make a pure stealth / Magic perk style and only use my claws & powerfull magic, fast & silent, uses claws as a sidearm so i dont have to spend perks on a blade and can use the extra perks for pickpocketing or something usefull.. or a woodelf and thicken him up like a dwarf with a puffy beard & givem a huge war hammer, and heavy dragon bone armor, perks in smithing and enchanting.. and just play a Dwarven Arcane Tank, i’ll Enchant everything twice & smash everyones kneecaps with my trusty hammer.

I’m torn between a couple ideas…
Stealth Rogue that kills from afar using bow (or sneaks up from behind with dagger). Maybe Kajiit or even Argonian. I liked the Dark Brotherhood quests in Oblivion.

A straight up Nord Barbarian who rips out orc throats and feeds them to dragons, then rips out dragon throats and feeds them to his hungry mother.
