  • I have a dilemma- I need to develop 2 iPhone apps.  In order to do this I need to pay $99 to be part of the iOS developer program with Apple and download the SDK.  There are also some fees you must pay once you go to submit your application.  If your application is denied you have to go through this process all over again.  OK, I can do this… what’s the catch?  You have to use a Mac with OS X Leopard or newer.  Don’t get me wrong, Macs are sweet computers and I would love to have one, but I already own a desktop pc, laptop, iPad, and iPhone.  I don’t really need another computer, plus Macs are […]

Our source has reported the following information: An overnight shift is planned for about 15 individuals at each Apple Store to work from late Saturday all the way through Sunday. During the overnight shift, it will be required that employees lock their mobile devices in the main office. They also have to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with Apple.   • Game: Shadowgate System: Mac, Atari ST, and NES Year: 1987 for Mac / 1989 for NES Type: Point & Click Adventure About Shadowgate: In Shadowgate, the player must solve a series of puzzles throughout the castle in order to proceed to the Warlock Lord’s chamber. Due to the castle’s perilous nature, at least one lit torch must be in the player’s possession at all times; if the torch is extinguished, the player soon stumbles, breaking his neck, and must then continue from a saved game (or the area in which they died, in game console versions). Since there is only a finite number of torches to be found throughout the game, this effectively acts as a time limit to proceedings. […]
