  • Mythic Options: Mythic Base Class Features This installment of the Mythic Options-series clocks in at a massive 30 pages, 1 page front cover, 1 page editorial, 2 pages of SRD, 1 page of advertisement, leaving us with 26 pages of content – quite a bunch, so let’s take a look!   Mythic class features, as in the installment on core abilities, can be taken as 1st tier universal path abilities or in lieu of a mythic feat. In order to take such a class feature, the character needs to have its non-mythic iteration. Where the first such pdf covered the base classes, this one covers the classes introduced in the other, big Paizo hardcovers, not including the hybrid classes. Since, […]

  • Mythic Options: Core Mythic Class Features This Mythic Options-pdf clocks in at 24 pages, 1 page front cover, 1 page advertisement, 1 page editorial, 1 page SRD, leaving us with 20 pages of content, so let’s take a look!   So what are mythic class features? In a nutshell, they are the upgrades of class features, count as 1st tier universal path abilities and can be taken in lieu of a mythic feat. They require a character to have the base class feature to take them, so no weaseling around the prereqs. Simple, right? Yeah, thought so too!   This pdf then goes on to present the mythic upgrades of class features for all the core classes – and yes, […]

  • Mythic Options: Mythic Dragonrider Class Features This supplement clocks in at 5 pages, 1 page front cover, 1 page SRD, 1 page editorial, leaving us with 2 pages of content, so let’s take a look, shall we?   I’ve been vocal about one thing. I don’t like the Dragonrider class. It’s the reason I never wrote a review for it. I don’t think a character should just get a draconic mount, even one as limited as that of the Dragonrider, for free as a class feature. In my book, that ought to be an achievement. And yes, I loathe all fiction that dabbles heavily in getting easy access to draconic mounts. I tried. I just can’t get over it. I […]

  • Mythic Options: Mythic Rogue Class Features This supplement is 6 pages long, 1 page front cover, 1 1/2 a page editorial/SRD, leaving us with 3 1/2 pages of content, so let’s take a look, shall we?   After a short introduction, written in neat prose, we are introduced to mythic class features for the rogue, 6 to be specific. These work as either a 1st tier universal path ability or can be taken in lieu of a mythic feat. You need to have the non-mythic variant of such a class feature in order to take its mythic equivalent. Got that? All right! So what do we get here? Mythic evasion allows you to expend one use of mythic power to […]

  • Mythic Options: The Missing Core Feats This pdf is 15 pages long, 1 page front cover, 1 page editorial/SRD, leaving us with 13 pages of content, so let’s take a look, shall we?   We kick off this pdf with a short fluffy introduction before explaining the intent of this pdf – simply put, it expands the mythic rules by providing all the mythic versions of feats from the core book that have not been covered in Mythic Adventures. Take for example the armor proficiency feats – their mythic equivalents allow you to add1/2 their AC-bonus to CMD and allow you to expend mythic power to add “it” to touch attack AC – whether that refers to the full AC-bonus […]
