  • I just read an “in depth” article about the upcoming Wii U console and to say I’m underwhelmed is an understatement. Let’s look passed the fact that Nintendo isn’t confirming ANY of the hardware specs for a moment, ignore the bogus claims of PS3 and 360 besting graphics and get to the meat of the information available.   • Cooking Mama, aka What The Hell Happened To Nintendo? I remember the first time I saw the original Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). I was in junior high, still playing games on my Commodore 64 (yeah, I’m that old, bitches) when a grey box with huge cartridges and a cool-looking robot arrived next to my television. That robot turned out to be nothing more than a piece of plastic that stood by your Nintendo, not really doing anything. Funny, how that sounds like every Nintendo peripheral released since.
